All materials provided by the customer remain the property of the customer. Unless otherwise directed, all materials will be retained by Apartment & Real Estate Promotions for at least one year from the date of the last order. After one year, all materials are subject to be discarded. All materials generated by the publisher remain the property of Apartment & Real Estate Promotions.
Artwork and/or text submitted to Apartment & Real Estate Promotions is assumed to be in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apartment & Real Estate Promotions for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork, including legal fees.
Additional fees apply for extensive artwork, which includes, but is not limited to: more than 6 floor plans on brochures, flyers or postcards, any floor plans appearing on any other product, elaborate logos that have to be redrawn, more than 1 design revision (does not include small changes on any product except logo designs) and poor quality or poor content photos that require excessive photo touch-up or that are not easily manipulated.
Exact color reproduction in the 4-color printing process is subject to limitations beyond the control of the publisher or the printer. Therefore, some deviations must be expected and must be accepted by the advertiser.
Unless otherwise negotiated, all taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
